Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

Products can be returned when they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
• Products must include original packaging and accessories.
• Proof of purchase may be required.
• Returns must be requested within the applicable return period.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact JASIQ within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide your order details.
• Send photographs showing the issue.
• We will arrange replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

3. Change of Mind Returns

For unused standard products, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

• Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Products must be returned in unused condition.
• Refunds are issued after inspection of returned goods.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Made-to-measure or customised products.
• Cut or modified fencing materials.
• Products damaged due to incorrect installation.
• Items altered after delivery.

5. Refund Process

Once your return has been approved and the product has been checked, your refund will be processed.

• Refunds are returned using the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Delivery charges may not be refundable where applicable.

6. Warranty Claims

JASIQ products are supplied with manufacturer warranty coverage. Installation workmanship is covered for 12 months where installation services are provided.

7. Installation & Product Responsibility

Customers must ensure installation areas, existing posts and ground conditions are suitable before fitting products. JASIQ cannot accept responsibility for problems caused by unsuitable existing structures or incorrect installation.
