1. Definitions

• Consumer: Someone buying for personal, non-business use.
• Contract: Binding agreement between you and JASIQ.
• Goods: Composite fencing, posts, accessories and related services.
• Order: Your request for goods or services.

2. Products & Orders

• Product descriptions and colours shown are for guidance only; minor variations may occur.
• All orders are subject to availability.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email.
• Please check all confirmation details and report any errors immediately.

3. Price & Payment

• Prices shown include VAT at the current UK rate.
• Payment terms are clearly provided within your quote.
• We never store your card details; payments are processed securely through trusted providers.
• Prices are fixed once agreed with no hidden additional charges.

4. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery is kerbside only across UK mainland. Someone must be available to receive goods.
• We aim to deliver within agreed times. Delays outside our control do not automatically qualify for refunds.
• Installation panels slot into existing concrete posts using our U-channel adapters.
• Bent, broken or damaged posts must be repaired or replaced before installation.
• You must provide safe and clear access for our team and vehicles.
• Risk passes to you once goods are delivered or installation is completed.
• Ownership remains with JASIQ until full payment is received.

5. Cancellation & Returns

• You may cancel before work begins; costs already incurred will be agreed fairly.
• For goods only, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving unused and undamaged items.
• Made-to-order or cut items cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours with photographs.
• Products include manufacturer warranty and workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.

6. Liability

• We carry full public liability insurance.
• We are not responsible for existing site conditions, hidden underground services or unsafe existing posts.
• Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Privacy & Law

• Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
• Any disputes will follow UK legal procedures. We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
